Accelerating companies into the future of AI system architecture.

From individuals to enterprise teams, we design and build the AI systems companies actually run. We're honest about where AI fits, and where it doesn't.

// 01 · WHAT WE DO

What we do.

Business AI Consulting. Three phases. One arc.

001 / MEET

We meet you where you are.

Real conversations with the people who run the business. No decks, no canned pitch. We listen to what's working, what's broken, and what you've already tried.

002 / UNDERSTAND

We understand before we propose.

We map your operational workflows, your team's habits, your data. We figure out where AI fits and, just as often, where it doesn't. Honest assessment, not a sales motion.

003 / INTEGRATE

We integrate AI the right way.

Working systems wired into your existing operations. Built with your team, documented for your team, owned by your team. Not pilots, not demos. Production work.

// 02 · HOW

Advance companies the right way in the Age of AI.

Business AI Consulting is more than tooling. It's grounded in five disciplines we apply to every engagement.

01

Operational Management

The discipline of running a business at scale. We've operated, not just consulted.

02

Systems Thinking

How the pieces of your operation fit together, and where AI changes that geometry.

03

Workflow Design

Designing the work itself, not just the tools. AI fails when bolted onto broken workflows.

04

Behavioral Analysis

How your team actually works, makes decisions, and adopts (or rejects) new tools. AI fails when it ignores the humans using it.

05

AI Implementation

The technical craft of building and deploying AI systems that actually work in production, not in demos.

// 03 · WHAT WE BELIEVE

AI, software, or neither. We tell you the truth.

Most teams reach for AI because everyone says they need it. Sometimes they do, sometimes ordinary software is the better tool, and sometimes the honest answer is to do nothing yet. Our job is to figure out which it is, and tell you even when it costs us the engagement.

// 04 · CONTACT

Let's talk about what you're trying to build.

30 minutes. No deck. We'll talk through your operational stack, where AI fits and where it doesn't, and whether we're the right team for the work.

Frequently asked questions.

What is Business AI Consulting?
Business AI Consulting (BAII for short: Business AI Integration Consulting) is what we call our category. We're business consultants who understand the intricacies of AI and how it fits into a business system, not AI engineers pretending to be consultants and not generalist consultants pretending to know AI. The work is diagnostic before it's prescriptive: we tell you where AI fits, and where it doesn't. See /why-summit for the full positioning.
How is Summit different from Accenture or Deloitte?
We operate in a different category at a different scale. Big 4 firms run decks-first, multi-year contracts that are heavy on strategy and light on implementation. We send the people who do the work directly into your building, your tools, your data. The deliverable is a system that runs, not a binder that sits. See /why-summit for the full comparison.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on what the diagnostic surfaces. The Meet conversation is a single session. The Understand diagnostic runs 1–2 weeks on-site. The Integrate build is quoted from the diagnostic; some projects ship in a few weeks, others take longer if the workflow is complex. We tell you the timeline before we quote the price. See /how for the breakdown.
How much does an engagement cost?
The Meet session is free. Everything after that is quoted per project, once the Understand diagnostic shows us the actual work. We don't publish flat prices because the scope drives the number, and we tell you the cost before any build begins. See /how for details.
Who do you work with, and where are you based?
We work with the full range, from individuals to enterprise companies. We're based in Plymouth, Michigan, and we come to you. The first session is on-site when the geography makes sense, and remote when it doesn't.
Can you start with something small before a full engagement?
Yes. The lowest-commitment entry point is the Meet session: one conversation, no cost, no obligation. If we see useful work to do, the next step is the Understand diagnostic, which ends with a prioritized opportunity map and a per-project quote for the Integrate phase. You decide whether to build. See /how for the breakdown.
What industries do you serve?
We work across industries, from individuals to enterprise companies. What matters is whether there's an operational workflow we can study and improve, not the sector or the size of the company. If your team runs on a process, AI can usually be pointed at part of it.
Who actually does the work, senior people or juniors?
The work is done by the three of us: Bruno Guberinich, Rocco Gurganian, and Peter Davis. No junior account executive layer between you and the people building the system. The senior people are the only people. When you talk to someone on a call, that's also the person showing up to do the work.
What does the first conversation look like?
A working session, not a pitch. We sit down with the people running the business and identify where AI could realistically improve operations. No deck, no canned sales motion, no cost. You leave with an honest read on AI fit and a few candidate opportunities, even if we never work together afterward. See /contact to start one.
